Phase II Reporting

Phase II Crop Reporting – Now Due

Phase II Crop Reporting is now due for all producers located within Phase II areas of the Lower Niobrara Natural Resources District.

The LNNRD has transitioned to a new online reporting platform, Producer Connect. All producers must register through Producer Connect. Once your registration is submitted and verified, you will receive a confirmation email granting access to complete your crop reporting forms.

Who Must File

  • All producers with fields over 40 acres located in the Phase II Area
  • Reporting is required regardless of crop type or cropping practice

If you are an absentee landowner or rent out your land, please forward this information to your tenant so the required forms can be submitted.

Important Reporting Information

  • All crop reports must be submitted online
  • Paper forms will not be accepted

Failure to comply with Phase II reporting requirements will result in an irrigation cease and desist order until compliance is met.
