Requirements:
- NRD must collect water sample to verify nitrate level exceeds the MCL of 10 ppm
- Well must be sole source of water for the residence
- Cooperator must agree to provide water to occupied residence for 10 years or refund part of cost share
- Coordinate all approved construction
- Provide the District with a copy of construction cost
- Abandon or cap all unused wells
- NRD Approval must be received prior to Purchase or Installation
